Pilatus PC-12 First Officers (Calgary, Toronto and Kitchener Bases)

Requirements:

  • 1000 Hrs Total Time Minimum
  • Valid Canadian Licences, Medical & Canadian passport

Preference will be given to Applicants with:

  • PC-12 or PT6 Experience
  • Executive / Corporate Background
  • University Degree or College Aviation Diploma

Personal Flight Coordinator

AirSprint is proud to be Canada’s only coast-to-coast Fractional Ownership Program. At AirSprint we are committed to servicing the air transportation needs of Private travelers in Canada and the US with innovation, efficiency and excellence.

As we continue to grow and expand in Canada and the US with our new base in Scottsdale, Arizona we require more staff who are well organized, high energy, positive and communicative self-starters with a passion for aviation and superior customer service to join our Flight Coordination team.

The Personal Flight Coordinator reports to the Director, Flight Coordination at the company's head office in Calgary. Representatives are focused on providing an exceptional level of service to our Customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a group of 25 to 30 Clients
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and flight authorizers
  • Enter flight bookings
  • Manage client vehicle arrangements
  • Manage client catering requirements
  • Manage all client flight preferences
  • Research airports for client flights as required
  • Conduct client quotes as required

Schedule:

  • Sunday to Thursday, 40 hours per week

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $38,000.00 per year
  • Two weeks annual vacation (80 hours)
  • Full benefit package

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingual an asset
  • Computer skills are required
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work on time sensitive materials
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully
  • Previous aviation experience

Dispatch Coordinator

The Dispatch Coordinator reports to the Director, Flight Coordination at the company's head office in Calgary. Representatives are focused on providing an exceptional level of service to our Customers.

 Responsibilities:

  • Flight following
  • Clearing customs
  • Creating crew manifests and confirming crew
  • Booking crew accommodation and transportation
  • Advising FBOs of aircraft movements and requirements
  • Booking Customer requested transportation, catering and additional requirements
  • Taking flight bookings
  • Entering flights into PFM

Schedule:

  • 11 hour rotating shift of 4 days on, 4 days off

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $38,000.00 per year
  • Two weeks annual vacation (80 hours)
  • Full benefits package

Requirements:

  • Previous aviation experience
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Superior time management and task prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully
  • Computer skills required
