James Elian started with AirSprint in 2001 as a Pilatus PC-12 first officer and since then has held various positions including; Director of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, Special Projects Manager, Flight Coordination Manager, Health & Safety Chairman, and Training Captain. James has a diploma in aviation technology from Selkirk College, an MBA from the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business, and is currently completing a master of aeronautical science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. James is responsible for leading AirSprint's Canadian and US Operations group which consists of Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Flight Coordination. James also holds an Airline Transport Pilot Licence and is qualified as Captain on the Citation XL/S jets.

Gary Waldron has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Following graduation he flew tactical jets from US Navy Carriers for 17 years. During his carrier he also attended the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, CA studying Aviation Safety. After his retirement from the US Navy in 1999, he became the Chief Pilot for an Air Taxi operation in Bend, Oregon and after 10 years with the company decided to move to AirSprint as the US Chief Pilot, Six months later he became the US Director Flight Operations. Gary has flown a wide variety of aircraft and has accumulated more than 8,900 hours over a flying career that spans 34 years. As Director Flight Operations for AirSprint US, Inc., Gary is responsible for all Flight Operations in the US.

Damian Miller was hired as one of the initial PC-12 Captains for the expansion of AirSprint into Scottsdale, Arizona. Shortly after starting with AirSprint he assumed the position of Chief Pilot for the US Operations. Originally from Vancouver, Canada acquiring his Canadian Commercial Pilots License in 2001, Damian spent 2002-2010 in Alaska where he acquired his Airline Transport Pilot License and flew scheduled and corporate charters under FAR’s 121 and 135 as Captain in the Beechcraft 1900, Piper Navajo and Cessna 207. In the eight years flying in Alaska, he acquired over 8000 hours of flying in some of the most challenging weather in the world often into unimproved, remote strips in rural Alaska. While in Alaska, Damian also held the positions of station manager for an airline while flying a full-time line and became a company instructor in the Piper Navajo.
