James A. Elian, ATPL, MBA

James Elian has a Diploma in Aviation Technology from Selkirk College and an MBA from the University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business. James started with AirSprint in 2001 as a Pilatus PC12 First Officer and since then has held various positions including; Health & Safety Chairman, Training Captain, Ground School Instructor, Flight Coordination Manager, Chief Pilot, and Special Projects Manager. As Vice President, Operations, James is responsible for AirSprint’s Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Flight Coordination and is currently qualified as Captain on the Citation XL/S jets. James has an Airline Transport Pilot License, over 4,000 hours of flying experience, and is also holding the position of Director, Flight Operations which is directly responsible for the safety, efficiency, and client experience of AirSprint flights.

Jaden J. Kushner, ATPL

Jaden Kushner was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta and obtained his Canadian Commercial Pilot's License in 1999 and his Airline Transport Pilot's License in 2004. Jaden has extensive flying experience throughout North America, the Arctic, and the Caribbean. Jaden's experience includes Fire Detection, Wildlife and Geographial Surverying, On-demand charter, and Coprorate Operations. Jaden has held positions of Aviation Safety Officer, Chief Flight Instructor, and Chief Pilot at AirSprint. Jaden began working at AirSprint in 2006 and took over as Chief Pilot in 2008. He is also a qualified Captain on the Citation XL/S at AirSprint.

Paul D. Rodgers, B.Comm
Director, Flight Coordination

Paul Rogers obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business in 1999. He then joined CanaDream Corporation as the Operations Support Manager and was later promoted to the Manager of Corporate Development. Paul was involved in the design and implementation of their industry leading fleet management and reservation system, helping to further differentiate the company competitively. In 2003 Paul left CanaDream and spent 6 months travelling before returning to Canada and spending over three years developing an online menu planning website. In 2007, Paul joined AirSprint as the Director, Flight Coordination and oversees both the Flight Dispatch and Owner Services teams at AirSprint.

Ronald G. Hickman
Director of Maintenance

After graduating with honours and an award of excellence for the highest academic achievement from the Career Academy School of Aviation, Ron spent the next 10 years honing his skills, eventually reaching the level of Director of Maintenance. Ron is the direct supervisor of all maintenance personnel and has sat on numerous commities for CAMC (Canadian Aviation Maintenance Council). He has extensive experience in the aviation industry.
