Judson achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics from the University of North Dakota in 1989. Upon completion, he commenced a career as a commercial pilot flying in the Canadian Arctic.  He worked in the North for five years and earned an Airline Transport Pilot’s License and accumulated almost 5,000 hours of flight time.  In 1994, Judson returned to University and completed a Law degree and an MBA degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton Alberta Canada.  Judson articled with the international law firm of Blake, Cassels and Graydon LLP and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1999.  In that same year, Judson left the practice of law and founded AirSprint.  Since 1999, Judson has held the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board and  has grown AirSprint from inception to an international organization with licensing, operations and bases in both the US and Canada.  Prior to moving to the US, Judson was an active member in YPO – Alberta Chapter and won the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2006.  Judson currently lives full-time in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two sons.

Chris Richer obtained an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary in 2007. He joined AirSprint as the Director Business Development for Western Canada in 2008. Prior to working at AirSprint, he spent ten years working in both the construction and environmental industries at the executive management level. His expertise includes marketing, business development and finance.

Ted Sheldon joined AirSprint as Corporate Controller in early 2010 and was appointed Vice President, Finance in December 2011. Ted has over 23 years of commercial aviation experience in all financial areas of the industry including financial planning and analysis, aircraft acquisitions, financing and corporate accounting. He also has experience managing fractional ownership in a private residence setting. Ted obtained his BComm from the University of Calgary and his CMA designation in Alberta. Ted is responsible for the financial operations of AirSprint.

Mike Knapp is one of AirSprint's Owners, and was responsible for the initial growth of AirSprint's Eastern Canadian division. In addition, he assisted with all legal matters during the inception and set-up of AirSprint. Mike's formal education consists of a BComm from the University of Toronto (with distinction) and an LLB from the University of Alberta. Prior to joining AirSprint full-time, Mike articled and became a partner at the law firm Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where he was a corporate lawyer specializing in business transactions including aircraft-related matters. Mike's responsibilities include client relations, business development and all legal matters.

James Elian started with AirSprint in 2001 as a Pilatus PC-12 first officer and since then has held various positions including; Director of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, Special Projects Manager, Flight Coordination Manager, Health & Safety Chairman and Training Captain.  James has a diploma in aviation technology from Selkirk College, an MBA from the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business and is currently completing a Master of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. James is responsible for leading AirSprint's Canadian and US Operations group which consists of Flight Operations, Maintenance and Flight Coordination.  James also holds an Airline Transport Pilot Licence and is qualified as Captain on the Citation XL/S jets.

Phil Dewsnap has been with the company since its inception. Phil's formal education consists of an Honours BA from the University of Guelph and a combined LLB/MBA from the University of Alberta. Phil holds a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence. Prior to joining AirSprint, Phil obtained more than 20 years of aviation experience, including flying for a contractor to the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. Phil is responsible for managing the AirSprint Safety Management System and is also qualified as a Citation XL/S captain at AirSprint.
