The Big Picture:

The Contracts Administrative Assistant provides direct support to the Contracts Manager as well as the Sales and Executive teams in the preparation, drafting and management of AirSprint’s Fractional Owner contracts with respect to the acquisition of Capital and Leasehold shares. In addition to the above, the Contracts Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the recording and management of vendor service contracts.

In this role you will:

  • Assist with drafting and managing AirSprint’s Fractional Owner Capital and Leasehold ownership contracts.
  • Review and update existing contract documentation and ensure the accuracy of all deadlines and conditions described on contracts as it relates to the contracts process.
  • Support and be involved in the development and execution of future contract automation initiatives alongside the Contracts Manager.
  • Be responsible for the recording and tracking of vendor related service contracts and developing the appropriate support for timely review of renewals and re-negotiations.
  • Provide record management support for both physical and digital records.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of legal terminology, contract structure, principles and related legal requirements involved with contracts
  • Excellent editing, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong typing skills (min. 50 wpm)

Bonus points if you have:

  • A Diploma in Business Administration, Legal Administration, Contract Management, or a related discipline
  • Written and Oral Proficiency in French
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Conga
  • Previous Vendor contract management experience
