Executive Assistant To The President

Executive Assistant - 13-month contract (mat-leave)
Reporting to: President
Location: Calgary, Alberta

AirSprint Inc. currently has an opening for an Executive Assistant - who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, is comfortable managing small projects, and has previous experience supporting Executives.

Scope and responsibilities:

  • Apply exceptional organizational skills to proactively meet the President’s day-to-day administrative requirements by managing schedules and incoming correspondence;
  • Provide professional, confidential executive support and communicate with staff, management and Owners on behalf of the President;
  • Coordinate various meetings, domestic and international travel, and prepare expense reports;
  • Prepare briefing material, and attend meetings on behalf of the President;
  • Assist with and lead special projects, such as conferences, events and off-site meetings as required;
  • Perform analysis on key metrics and recommend actions and/or solutions;
  • Handle all restricted and confidential Owner information with utmost information security;
  • Create documents and assert a keen eye for detail in reviewing, assessing and finalizing all materials;
  • Provide creative recommendations for solving issues and helping facilitate outcomes, and continuously improving processes and procedures;
  • Undertake all work with thoughtfulness and the highest level of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Use exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal and external parties;
  • Fully embrace and propagate AirSprint’s vision, mission and values, and maintain a positive company culture and work environment; and,
  • With professionalism and charisma, be an external ambassador of customer service for AirSprint.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • A university degree with 3 years’ experience supporting an Executive;
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment with little oversight;
  • Exceptional presentation, organizational and time management abilities;
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office, and experience with a PFM and CRMs is an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, French is an asset;
  • Dedicated, detail oriented, energetic, and professional, and able to maintain discretion;
  • Exceptionally strong business acumen and customer service experience;
  • Experience with systems, processes, and tools used by complex organizations;
  • Experience in a high-growth environment and working with high-net-worth individuals;
  • Demonstrates initiative in recognizing opportunities for improvement and efficiency, with a willingness to challenge status quo;
  • Think logically and be critically objective with an ability to develop innovative solutions;
  • Demonstrates capacity to think strategically with expertise in complex problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills; and,
  • Possesses and promotes an exceptionally high level of ethical standards.
