The Big Picture:

AirSprint is growing and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative HR Administrator to join our team! As an HR Administrator, you understand the importance of getting things right the first time and have a passion for service excellence. As the first point of contact for many prospective candidates and employees, you set the bar for their “HR experience”, and we want that first impression to be exceptional. As a seasoned administrator, you know all about the importance of managing the myriad tasks that keep an HR team functioning at the top of our collective game.

In this role you will:

  • Provide administrative support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process including:
  • Preparing and posting job postings to our website and a variety of recruitment platforms including Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Screening incoming applications and working with hiring managers to create a candidate shortlist
  • Scheduling and conducting pre-screen calls and scheduling interviews.
  • Assisting with preparing behavioral interview guides based on position competencies
  • Administering Predictive Index assessments and background clearance checks
  • Support the on-boarding process by:
  • Drafting and administering employment agreements and other new hire documents
  • Communicating with new employees throughout the onboarding process
  • Setting up new employees in HR software (Dayforce)
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is provided, including verifying work eligibility documents
  • Liaising with hiring manager to facilitate any additional onboarding requirements
  • Organize and maintain employee information in our HR software, Ceridian Dayforce including processing employee movements, terminations, and other relevant information in Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring the consistency and integrity of data.
  • Support equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, including entering employee information into the federal Workplace Equity Information System (WEIMS) for annual reporting purposes
  • Assist HR team members with other duties and projects as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate or Diploma in HR Administration
  • A minimum of three years’ related HR administration experience, which includes experience managing information in an HR software application
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience administering employee data in Ceridian Dayforce
  • Verbal and written proficiency in French
