Pilots - First Officers and Captains
Reporting to: Respective Chief Pilot
Available Bases: Calgary, Alberta (CYYC); Toronto, Ontario (CYYZ); Montreal, QC (CYUL)

Reporting to their respective Chief Pilot, Captains and First Officers are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of AirSprint aircraft throughout the Americas, Hawaii, and Europe. Being a customer service focused operation, all pilots are required to deliver a high level of personalized service to our fractional owners while maintaining a professional and safe attitude at all times.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Safe aircraft operation in accordance to company SOPs, Operations Manuals, and policies
  • Adaptability to unknown destinations and routes with management support
  • Adaptability to changes in daily operations during available reserve days
  • Maintaining a superior level of customer service for our fractional owners
  • Participating in AirSprint’s SMS/ASQ program and Just Cause culture
  • Maintain a positive company culture and work environment
  • Adhering to the AirSprint code of conduct and acting in the best interest of AirSprint’s vision, mission and values
  • Arranging some aspects of customs for international trips
  • Updating Customs, FBO’s and other service providers as operationally required
  • Ensure timely response to irregular operations while offering exceptional customer service
  • Answering Dispatch/Flight Coordination related emails and phone calls
  • Completing required administrative duties in a timely manor

Key Criteria:

Pilots at AirSprint are required to be highly proficient, adaptable, and able to work unsupervised while using sound pilot decision making to ensure a safe and efficient private aviation experience to our fractional owners. AirSprint pilots are required to deliver a superior level of customer service to our owners at all times.


  • High school graduation, or equivalent
  • Aviation diploma, degree, or post-secondary degree is an asset


First Officers:
• 2000 hours total time
• 500 hours PIC
• CPL + IATRA or ATPL exams written
• Jet experience, time on type and corporate experience are an asset, but not required

• 4500 hours total time
• 1000 PIC
• Jet experience, time on type and corporate experience are an asset, but not required

Personal / Professional Attributes:

  • Ability to work safely and efficiently within a fast-paced flight operations environment
  • Technically and analytically focused within established standards and guidelines.
  • Quick decision making within a defined span of control based on SOPs, policies and procedures. Important to also train others to make correct decisions
  • Natural leadership skills to assure quality standards are met within the flight deck environment
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service and think outside the box in order to meet our owners needs
