Since founding AirSprint in 2000, Judson has been committed to developing the premier aviation provider for successful Canadian families and businesses. His background as a commercial pilot, then lawyer and formal education in aeronautics, business and law, bring a unique perspective that enables the organization to deliver exceptional levels of safety, efficiency and performance that enhance productivity.
As an experienced lawyer and one of AirSprint's shareholders, Mike plays a vital role as the Vice Chairman & General Counsel of the Board. Mike further supports the organization with client relations, business development and all legal matters.
Brett brings strong sales, marketing and communications expertise to the AirSprint Board as Founder, Director, and former CEO of Match Marketing Group, North America's largest independent integrated marketing agency. In addition to his role of Director, Brett is the Founder and current CEO of OSL, a leading sales performance agency, and Fire Inspired Foods, a large food service operator serving millions of loyal customers each year.
David began his career as an entrepreneur and founded a fitness business in 1993, which he subsequently sold. After completing his MBA in 2000, David held an investment banker position with a major Canadian bank until he accepted the CEO role at Kissner Milling and successfully led a company-wide transformation. After the sale of Kissner Milling in 2017, David joined the boards of AirSprint, Polycor, One Floral and Centrilogic.
Roy has more than 28 years experience in cross-border tax law and finance and has been admitted to the bar associations of the Alberta, U.S. Tax Court, California, Washington, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a member of the U.S. and Canadian Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and American Bar Association tax section. Roy received an LL.M (US Taxation) from New York University School of Law; a J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law and Willamette University; and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California Berkeley.
John brought a wealth of knowledge from the business and academic community, as the Founder and Former Chairman of Enerflex Systems, and active committee member and former Board of Governor of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). He was also actively involved in the community as Founder of the Cadmus Foundation and involvement with Careers: The Next Generation and Alberta Junior Achievement.
James has held several leadership positions with AirSprint after joining as a First Officer in 2001. As President (since 2015), James has led AirSprint's daily operations and rapid growth - and continues to implement its strategic direction. With over 20 years of aviation experience, James holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and a Master of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - and still maintains an airline transport pilot license. Most recently, James has completed his term as Chair of the Board of the Canadian Business Aviation Association as well as Chair of the Board of the Young Presidents Organization Alberta chapter, and is a current Director with the Hope Air Charity.
Marry joined AirSprint in August 2017 as Vice President, Finance & CFO. Marry has over 17 years of multiple industry experience in audit client service in public practice, international oil & gas and oilfield services and in the not-for-profit sector. Marry is a CPA and CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. She has worked in Canada, the Netherlands and Australia.
Since 1999, Jared has held multiple aviation industry positions, including Training Captain, Chief Pilot, Operations Manager and Vice President, Safety & Quality. Jared continues to be a Captain on AirSprint aircraft and holds Transport Canada Approved Check Pilot authority. Jared serves on the Hope Air National Advisory Council and the Steering Committee for Business Aviation with the Canadian Aviation Safety Officer Partnership (CASOP). As Vice President, Operations & COO, he provides oversight for safety, asset and fleet efficiency, regulatory compliance, operational reliability and Owner experience.
Scott joined AirSprint in March of 2016 as the Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Before joining AirSprint, Scott led the integrated global marketing strategy for a multi-billion dollar investment and development firm. He has worked in Canada, the United States, Europe and southeast Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and spent a year abroad studying in Uppsala, Sweden.
Kevin joined AirSprint in March 2024 as Vice President, Legal, Contracts & Government Relations. Before AirSprint, Kevin spent 13 years practicing law in the energy sector, including nine years as Vice President and General Counsel of the Canadian subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. He began his career at a leading national law firm and holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and a business degree from the University of Calgary.
Chris started at AirSprint in 2004 and has held various positions within in the company including; Western Maintenance Manager, Production Coordinator, AME Crew Chief, AME and AME apprentice. Chris is responsible for AirSprint's maintenance operations including safety and reliability of the fleet of fractional aircraft. Chris is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology.
Amanda joined AirSprint in 2017 after 20 years in the not-for-profit sector where she held leadership roles in marketing, client services, and fund development. Most recently, as Vice President, Development for the Heart and Stroke Foundation BC, and Sr. Associate Director, Development at UBC’s Sauder School of Business. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and an MBA from UBC.
Alexandra joined AirSprint in 2021 after 30 years of experience leading in the sectors of philanthropy, luxury and wellness both as a business development strategist and entrepreneur. Most recently, as CEO of the Israel Cancer Research Fund’s Montreal Chapter. Fully bilingual, Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University and an MBA from McGill University.
Natali joined AirSprint in 2023 as Director, Business Development. Previously, Natali practiced as a Private Banker and specialized in structuring complex credit solutions. She has extensive experience working with high-net-worth clients, focusing on the Ontario market. She holds a bachelor's degree from the Schulich School of Business.
Michael joined AirSprint in 2020 as Director, Business Development. Previously Michael acted as VP Business Development for a leading Oil and Gas service company and was an account manager at Canada’s largest financial institution. He has extensive experience working with high-net-worth clients and will focus his efforts on servicing the Ontario market. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calgary.
Mike graduated from Confederation College’s Aviation Flight Management Program in 1999 and went on to fly in remote charter, airline and corporate operations. Since 2010, Mike has been involved in various aviation safety and quality initiatives and roles including Inspector, Safety Manager, Auditor and Check Pilot. Mike joined AirSprint in 2021 and is responsible to provide an independent safety overview of the company’s flight and maintenance operations.
Kim joined AirSprint in May 2021 as Director, Owner Experience, with over 8 years of management experience in the private aviation industry and an extensive background in hospitality & tourism. She graduated from the University of Guelph in 2008 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is fully bilingual. Customer service driven, she held various roles within the hospitality industry before shifting her focus to private aviation back in 2012. Kim currently oversees the Personal Concierge team, ensuring a personalized and seamless flight experience for our Owners.
Matt joined AirSprint in 2017 as the Director, Operations Control. He is a graduate of Mount Royal University and completed the Aviation Diploma program in 2002. He started his career as a flight instructor before finding his passion in airline operations and logistics where he has held a wide range of management roles over the past 10+ years. Matt currently oversees the Operations Team, ensuring efficient scheduling of aircraft and logistics.
With 33 years in aviation, James has amassed industry experience across various roles, from pilot training to air traffic control and flight dispatch. He has managed multiple flight dispatch departments, including setting one up from the outset. Between 2021 and 2023, James operated as an aviation software development consultant under JTR Aerospace. James joined AirSprint in 2022 as Manager, Training & Standards and transitioned to his current role in 2024.
Adam has been flying airplanes since 1997 and graduated from the Mount Royal College Aviation program. Prior to joining AirSprint as a PC-12 First Officer, Adam spent many years as a flight instructor. In 2014, Adam took on the role of Chief Pilot and established the professional standards of AirSprint's pilots. Today, Adam is the Director, Flight Operations and leads the Flight Department to ensure safe and customer-focused operations.
A graduate of the Selkirk College Aviation Technology Program, Matt began his career at AirSprint in 2004 holding a dispatch position and as a First Officer on the PC-12. Since then, Matt has held several roles as such PC-12 Captain, Citation XL First Officer & Captain and Embraer Legacy 450 Captain. In 2017, Matt took on the role of Chief Pilot for the Embraer Legacy 450 fleet and is responsible for the professional standards of the Legacy 450 pilots.
After graduating from the Mount Royal Aviation program in Calgary, Matt worked as a flight instructor at the Springbank Airport. In 2008, Matt joined AirSprint as a PC-12 First Officer, and since then has held various positions as a Citation XL First Officer, PC-12 Captain, CJ2+ First Officer, CJ2+/3+ Captain and Training Manager. Today, Matt is Chief Pilot for the CJ2+/3+ and is responsible for the professional standards of the CJ2+/3+ pilots.
Kathy joined AirSprint in 2021 after 30 years in the public sector, working with education, corrections, policing, and parking management organizations. A passionate HR generalist, Kathy leads people-centric programs and services that support operational goals and objectives. Kathy is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Abilene Christian University.
